GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Power Tan operates exclusively in the <strong>B2B (business-to-business)<\/strong> market.<br>All purchases are made by professionals, businesses, or authorized resellers.<br>For this reason, our return and refund conditions follow stricter guidelines than consumer retail purchases.<\/p>\n<p>Products can only be returned or refunded under the situations described below.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you receive a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Send photos\/videos clearly showing the issue.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the product and all original packaging until receiving instructions from our support team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After evaluation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We replace the product, or<\/li>\n<li>Issue a refund, or<\/li>\n<li>Provide store credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>depending on availability and case review.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>3. INCORRECT ITEMS OR MISSING PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Notify us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Send your order number and evidence (photos of packaging and received items).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We will correct the mistake <strong>at no additional cost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>4. RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As we supply professional tanning and cosmetic products, <strong>we do not accept returns<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change of mind<\/li>\n<li>Order placed incorrectly by the customer<\/li>\n<li>Opened, tested, used, or unsealed items<\/li>\n<li>Consumable products handled after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In exceptional cases, returns may be accepted for <strong>unopened items<\/strong>, subject to prior approval.<\/p>\n<p>In such cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shipping costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/li>\n<li>A restocking fee of up to <strong>15%<\/strong> may apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approval of these returns <strong>is not guaranteed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>5. REFUND METHOD<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>When applicable, refunds are issued using the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> or as <strong>store credit<\/strong>, depending on the case.<\/p>\n<p>Once processed, refunds may take <strong>5 to 10 business days<\/strong> to appear, depending on your bank.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>7. SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Shipping fees are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Non-refundable<\/strong>, except in cases of Power Tan error or defective items<\/li>\n<li>The customer\u2019s responsibility for voluntary returns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a return is approved, the customer must ensure secure packaging.<br>Power Tan is not responsible for damage or loss during return transport.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>8. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR TANNING MACHINES &amp; EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For large equipment, including tanning machines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All sales are <strong>final<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>No<\/strong> returns are accepted after delivery<\/li>\n<li>Warranty-related issues are handled directly by our technical team<\/li>\n<li>Installation, transport, and handling fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any issue must be reported <strong>immediately after installation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>9.
