Refund & Returns Policy

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Power Tan operates exclusively in the B2B (business-to-business) market.
All purchases are made by professionals, businesses, or authorized resellers.
For this reason, our return and refund conditions follow stricter guidelines than consumer retail purchases.

Products can only be returned or refunded under the situations described below.


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Send photos/videos clearly showing the issue.
  3. Keep the product and all original packaging until receiving instructions from our support team.

After evaluation:

  • We replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund, or
  • Provide store credit

depending on availability and case review.


3. INCORRECT ITEMS OR MISSING PRODUCTS

If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send your order number and evidence (photos of packaging and received items).

We will correct the mistake at no additional cost.


4. RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS

As we supply professional tanning and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Order placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Opened, tested, used, or unsealed items
  • Consumable products handled after delivery

In exceptional cases, returns may be accepted for unopened items, subject to prior approval.

In such cases:

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply

Approval of these returns is not guaranteed.


5. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTED RETURNS

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and free of handling marks
  • In intact original packaging
  • Undamaged
  • Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.


6. REFUND METHOD

When applicable, refunds are issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Once processed, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


7. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are:

  • Non-refundable, except in cases of Power Tan error or defective items
  • The customer’s responsibility for voluntary returns

If a return is approved, the customer must ensure secure packaging.
Power Tan is not responsible for damage or loss during return transport.


8. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR TANNING MACHINES & EQUIPMENT

For large equipment, including tanning machines:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns are accepted after delivery
  • Warranty-related issues are handled directly by our technical team
  • Installation, transport, and handling fees are non-refundable

Any issue must be reported immediately after installation.
