Power Tan offers several shipping methods depending on the type of products ordered, including tanning lamps, equipment,
cosmetics and consumables. Shipping fees may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, value and destination of the order.
All shipping costs are displayed during checkout after entering the delivery address and selecting the shipping method.

Delivery Methods
Depending on the order size and type of product, Power Tan ships orders using:
- Standard parcels: Used for cosmetics, lamps, consumables, brochures and small accessories.
- Palletized freight: Required for tanning machines, large equipment or heavy orders exceeding standard parcel limits.
Free Shipping Conditions
Free delivery may apply to certain B2B orders depending on the destination country, order value and product type.
These thresholds are shown during checkout and may change without prior notice.
Own Collection (Pickup)
Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our warehouse.
Pickup must be scheduled in advance with our logistics team to ensure preparation and availability of goods.
International Deliveries
Power Tan ships to most EU countries.
For countries outside the EU, customs clearance, duties, and handling fees may apply separately.

Delivery Time
The standard delivery time for most goods ranges from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination and

For tanning machines or palletised shipments, delivery times may vary and will be communicated to the customer in advance.
