GENERAL CONDITIONS – POWER TAN
These General Conditions regulate the terms and conditions under which the Power Tan online store, owned and operated by
Power Tan Unipessoal LDA, VAT 510531024, headquartered at Rua Nova de Senra nº 162,
4770-503 Ruivães VNF (hereinafter “Power Tan”), operates and provides its services.
Power Tan provides a digital platform through which verified professional customers may access, request, and purchase
tanning equipment, consumables, and related B2B-only products and services.
By using the Power Tan website, you fully accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this page, as well as the Privacy
Policy in force at the time of access. If you do not agree—fully or partially—with these conditions, you should not
proceed with purchases on Power Tan.
Updates to Terms
Power Tan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Customers are advised to review this page periodically for any changes or updates.
Product and Price Information
Power Tan provides detailed descriptions, specifications, images and/or videos for each product or service listed.
We are committed to ensuring clarity, accuracy and timely correction of any errors that may occur.
All prices are shown clearly and include the applicable VAT rates and any additional costs, such as shipping fees,
which will be presented during checkout.
Product information, prices, content, images, videos, campaigns and services may be changed or updated at any time
without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The Power Tan online store, its content, domain, design, text, images, videos, and all information made available are
the property of Power Tan Unipessoal LDA or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and related rights.
Any reproduction, copying, modification, or dissemination of written, visual, or audiovisual content requires prior
written authorization from Power Tan. Customers must refrain from any activity that violates copyright, related rights,
or other applicable legal protections. Power Tan is not responsible for the misuse of materials published by the customer.
Payment Methods
Power Tan currently accepts the following payment method:
- Bank Transfer
After payment is completed, Power Tan will verify the transaction so the order can be processed and shipped. Customers
will receive confirmation via email, along with the corresponding invoice.
Purchase Conditions
Product Availability
All products and services listed on Power Tan may be purchased except in cases of temporary stock shortages, limited
availability, or made-to-order products. Availability may change without prior notice, and unavailable items will be
appropriately marked.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Power Tan will contact the customer via email or telephone
as soon as possible.
Fees and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable VAT rates according to Portuguese law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled while they are still being processed by contacting Power Tan at:
info@powertan.pt.
If the cancellation request occurs after the order has been shipped, the customer may refuse delivery.
Power Tan is not responsible for delays in processing cancellation requests.
Power Tan reserves the right not to process orders or issue refunds in cases of inconsistent data, suspected fraud,
customer misconduct, or technical issues beyond our control.
Right of Free Resolution
Customers have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
Requests may be submitted via email to
info@powertan.pt.
When exercising the right of free resolution, customers must return the product and all included accessories or offers.
Power Tan will reimburse the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the returned order with the invoice and proof of
payment.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed and without
additional cost to the customer. All refund procedures comply with Portuguese law, namely Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Customers may submit complaints regarding products, services, or any matter related to Power Tan via email at

Disclaimer
By creating and using an account on Power Tan, the customer is solely responsible for maintaining its access credentials
and for all activity carried out under their account.
Power Tan cannot be held responsible for technical failures, interruptions, third-party disclosures or any circumstances
that may prevent proper access or functioning of the online store.
Power Tan is not responsible for damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use—or inability to use—products or
services, including delays or unforeseen issues in order delivery.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Portuguese law and all applicable national legislation.
