How does sunbed rental work?
Our sunbed rental service was created to help tanning salons and beauty & wellness spaces start or expand their tanning business. This model offers a range of advantages compared to purchasing a sunbed.
Renting a sunbed from Power Tan means a fixed monthly cost, maximum tanning performance, and full technical support throughout the contract.

Pricing & Conditions
Starting from €220 + VAT / month. Delivery and installation: €800 + VAT.
At the start of the contract, payment of the first monthly fee + VAT, a security deposit equal to one monthly fee + VAT, and €800 + VAT for delivery and installation is required.
The service includes equipment supply, repairs, periodic maintenance, and lamp replacement every 800 operating hours at no additional cost.
Free installation within a 70 km radius of Power Tan headquarters.

What Is the Price to Rent a Sunbed?
We offer sunbeds for rent starting at €55 + VAT per week.
The service includes daily use, lamp replacement, repairs, and periodic maintenance.
What Are the Requirements to Have a Sunbed in My Space?
– Required Power Supply: Three-phase
– Minimum Room Dimensions: 2.75m x 2.75m
– Air Extraction: 30cm diameter duct to the outside
How Many Machines Can I Rent?
You can rent up to 2 sunbeds.
How Often Are the Lamps Replaced?
The lamps are replaced every 700–800 hours, at no additional cost, always ensuring maximum performance and consistent results.
Do I Have to Pay for Lamp Replacement or Repairs?
No. All replacements and repairs are included in the contract with no extra fees.
What Is the Duration of the Rental Contract?
The minimum duration is 12 months, and you may extend the rental for as long as you wish.
What Does My Space Need to Be in Compliance with Portuguese Law?
All documentation and information required for your space to comply with Portuguese regulations will be provided by Power Tan.
